How do I get a quote?
Estimates are free. Call Jim at (412) 408-0161 or send a free estimate request through our contact page. You'll know the scope and price before any work starts.
Do you take small jobs?
Yes. No job is too small, from a single outlet to a whole-house project.
Do you work on homes and businesses?
Yes. We handle residential and commercial electrical work, including offices, retail stores, restaurants and warehouses.
Can you work after hours?
Most work is done during regular business hours. When a job has to happen after hours, we'll schedule it with you.
Do you work with general contractors?
Yes. We work directly with homeowners and with general contractors on new builds, additions and remodels.
Common projects
How long does a panel upgrade take?
Most residential panel swaps take about a day, though it depends on the utility and inspection schedule. More about panel upgrades.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. On jobs like panel upgrades, we take care of the permit, the inspection and coordination with the utility.
My house has old wiring. Can you help?
Yes. We replace knob-and-tube and aluminum wiring, either the whole house or room by room. Most rewiring can be done in stages so you keep power in part of the house, and we patch the access holes we make. More about rewiring.
What should I do if I smell burning near an outlet or panel?
Turn off the breaker for that circuit if you can do so safely. If you see smoke or flames, leave the house and call 911. Then call us at (412) 408-0161.
